Our Guarantee

is simple, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will fully refund your hosting fees paid in advance. This means, if you pay monthly, then there will be NO refund after the first day of the month. If you paid yearly, you will receive a full refund based on the unused months multiplied by the monthly cost of the plan you are on. If this in in the 10th, 11th or 12th month there will be NO refund because these months were given as a bonus for prepaying, the regular monthly rate applies from day one of your contract.

Upgrading/Downgrading

If you decide later your hosting package is larger than you needed, you may down grade. In this case you will receive a credit for the difference in your account, this only applies to yearly payments, monthly plans will take effect the following month.

If you Upgrade to a larger package, you will be charged the price difference between your current plan and the new one you choose.

All changes can be made through your control panel, however we do want the opportunity to try to match the price or service of our competitors, so give us a call first.
